Day 1

Lunch: River Wraps, Watermelon

Appetizer: Whitewater Charcuterie Board

Dinner: Salmon or Fire Charred Canyon Burgers

Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake

Day 2

Breakfast: Pancakes, Hash Browns, Sausage

Lunch: Taco Salad

Appetizer: Crab Spread

Dinner: Poppyseed Chicken

Dessert: Peach Cobbler

Day 3

Breakfast: French Toast, Eggs, Sausage

Lunch: River Wraps, Fruit

Appetizer: Chips & Salsa/Guac

Dinner: Fajitas

Dessert: Dutch Oven Dessert

 

Day 4

Breakfast: Omelets, Saugage, Hashbrowns

Lunch: River Wraps, Fruit

Appetizer: Hummus/Artichoke Dip

Dinner: Ranch Supper (Idaho Potatoes and Prime Rib)

Dessert: Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Day 5

Breakfast: Canyon Continental

We are happy to accommodate food allergies with advance notice. Please list any allergies on your e-sign waiver so our food crew can plan accordingly. This includes needs like celiac, dairy-free, nut allergies, etc.

❌ We do not accommodate dietary preferences
 

Due to the logistics of wilderness river trips, we do not accommodate dietary preferences or lifestyle diets such as vegetarian, vegan, keto, pescatarian, or other similar requests. Our meals are carefully planned for high-energy backcountry settings with a focus on simplicity, nutrition, and food safety.

 

That said, each meal includes multiple components (salads, sides, desserts, etc.), and guests are never expected to eat everything on their plate. You’re welcome to eat around your preferences and bring supplemental snacks if desired.
