Everything You Need to Know

Planning your river adventure has never been easier. Whether you’re joining us for a half-day thrill ride or a five-day wilderness expedition, here’s everything you need to know to prepare, travel, and book your Idaho rafting trip with confidence.

Before You Book

Adventure Idaho offers a variety of trips for every level of adventurer — from beginner-friendly floats to Class IV+ whitewater challenges. Our trips range from half-day adventures near Riggins and Twin Falls to multi-day wilderness expeditions on the Main and Lower Salmon Rivers.

Each trip includes professional guides, all rafting gear, meals (on full- and multi-day trips), and detailed safety briefings. Minimum age varies with water levels, but we’ll help you pick the perfect adventure for your group, family, or team.

Booking Policies & Payments

To reserve your spot, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Final payment is due 7 days before launch, and your reservation is fully transferable — you can reschedule or send another guest for the same season.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, or in-person payments at our Riggins office. Group leaders can request a single invoice to simplify large bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — and we get it. If your plans change, you can transfer your deposit to another available date within the same year. With a limited season and capacity limits, we can’t offer refunds, but flexibility is built in.
