Operating exclusively in Idaho, home to some of the best whitewater rafting trips in the United States, we’re proud to help set the standard for adventure, training, and guest experience nationwide. From the legendary Salmon River to the Lower Salmon and beyond, Idaho offers a blend of wilderness, scenery, and whitewater that few places on Earth can match. Our network of partners, associations, and community organizations helps us uphold the highest standards of professionalism, environmental respect, and education—building trust with every guest and earning recognition as a leader in U.S. river adventures.
 

Idaho Outfitters and Guides Assocation (IOGA)

Adventure Idaho is a proud member of the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Association — a statewide organization that advocates for professional standards, safety, and stewardship among Idaho’s licensed outfitters and guides.
 

U.S. Forest Service

We operate under a special-use permit with the U.S. Forest Service on the Salmon–Challis National Forest. Their partnership helps us protect the pristine wilderness of the Main and Middle Fork of the Salmon River for future generations.
 

Bureau of Land Management

Our Lower Salmon and Snake River trips operate in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management. Together, we promote responsible recreation, sustainable access, and conservation of Idaho’s iconic public lands.

Mountain West Council
Adventure Idaho is the preferred rafting partner of the Mountain West Council, providing guided expeditions for Scouts on the Middle Fork of the Salmon and the Salmon River High Adventure Base. This partnership dates back nearly 30 years, helping thousands of youth experience leadership and adventure on Idaho’s rivers.

Outsiders Together
We are a preferred partner of Outsiders Together, working with their community to provide custom group adventures and leadership experiences that connect people with Idaho’s wild places.

America Outdoors
Adventure Idaho attends America Outdoors, the national trade association for the outfitting and guiding industry. This partnership connects us with professional peers and helps advance outdoor recreation policy and safety standards nationwide.

Salmon River Outfitters Assocation
As part of the Salmon River Outfitters Association, we collaborate with fellow outfitters to maintain high standards of safety, stewardship, and professionalism on the Salmon River corridor.

Middle Fork Outfitters Association
Adventure Idaho participates in the Middle Fork Outfitters Association, representing the Mountain West Council permit, supporting sustainable river management, wilderness protection, and collaboration with agencies and outfitters who share a commitment to the Middle Fork.
 

Salmon River Chamber of Commerce
We proudly support the Salmon River Chamber of Commerce and its efforts to promote tourism, local business, and outdoor recreation in the Riggins community.
 

Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce
Adventure Idaho is an active member of the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce, helping connect visitors and families with the incredible outdoor opportunities of southern Idaho, including rafting on the Hagerman and Murtaugh sections of the Snake River.

We’re proud to be part of RaftIdaho.org, a statewide collaboration that helps people discover the best rafting trips and outfitters in Idaho. Raft Idaho highlights our state’s premier rivers—many of which rank among the best rafting experiences in the entire United States—from family-friendly floats to multi-day wilderness expeditions. Our involvement supports their mission to promote safe, sustainable, and unforgettable river trips while helping more adventurers experience the magic of Idaho’s waterways.

Invasive Species of Idaho
We work with the Idaho Invasive Species Program, a statewide initiative dedicated to protecting Idaho’s rivers, lakes, and forests from the spread of invasive species such as quagga and zebra mussels. Adventure Idaho Rafting has coordinated directly with their team to align operations with inspections and hot wash stations, ensuring every company raft and rental boat meets decontamination standards. By actively participating in the Invasive Species Sticker Fund and following best practices for gear and equipment sanitation, we help safeguard Idaho’s waters and preserve the ecosystems that make these rivers so unique.

Gem Air
Gem Air provides charter air service throughout Idaho and the region, delivering logistics and support to remote river access points and camp drop-offs. We partner with Gem Air to ensure efficient, safe transport of gear, guests and guides for our multi-day wilderness trips. Their local expertise and reliability make them an invaluable asset in reaching back-country river runs.

Hammer Down
Hammer Down is our trusted jet boat partner for the Snake River in Hells Canyon. Guests on our Lower Salmon River trips enjoy an exciting finish with a scenic jet boat ride deep into Hells Canyon, where Hammer Down’s experienced captains provide safe, smooth, and unforgettable transport through one of Idaho’s most iconic river canyons.

Whitewater Expeditions
Whitewater Expeditions operates professional jet boat services on the Main Salmon River, assisting with guest transport, gear support, and river logistics. Their reliable crews and powerful jet boats help us coordinate seamless takeouts and transfers along Idaho’s “River of No Return,” keeping our multi-day expeditions efficient and safe.

Central Idaho River Shuttles
Central Idaho River Shuttles provides dependable vehicle and trailer shuttle services for our Salmon River operations. Their team ensures our guests vehicles are waiting at the right takeouts—on time, every time—helping Adventure Idaho’s logistics run smoothly and efficiently from launch to takeout.

Salmon River Transportation Company
The Salmon River Transportation Company helps support guest and vehicle shuttles along the Salmon River corridor. With decades of experience navigating Idaho’s rugged backroads, their expertise ensures the safe and timely transport of vehicles, gear, and guests between put-ins and takeouts.

Adventure Idaho is a preferred partner of Elesel Lodge, a beautiful riverside retreat near Pollock, Idaho. 

Aire
AIRE is one of our primary raft suppliers. Their Idaho-built, self-bailing rafts are the backbone of our fleet — trusted for their performance, durability, and safety on Idaho’s biggest rivers.
 

FrontierPlay
Based in Idaho, FrontierPlay makes high quality aluminum dry boxes. We have used their products for nearly a decade and see their boxes on rivers across the state. 

NRS (Northwest River Supplies)
Based in Moscow, Idaho, NRS provides high-quality river gear and safety equipment used daily by our guides. Their dedication to craftsmanship and innovation makes them one of our most trusted partners on the water.

Redside Foundation
The Redside Foundation is dedicated to strengthening the professional outdoor guiding community across Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. Through confidential mental-health counseling, financial-health coaching, educational scholarships, professional-development grants and community-building events, they support guides’ wellbeing.

Twin Falls County Search and Rescue
