Waivers & Required Forms

Step 1: Book Your Trip

 

All guests must have an active reservation before completing waivers.

Step 2: Check Your Confirmation Email

 

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure link to your Client Portal.

Inside the portal, you can:

 

  • Sign required waivers

  • Complete any trip-specific questions

  • Add additional participants

  • Review trip details

 

We strongly recommend signing waivers through your Client Portal so they are automatically linked to your reservation.

Please note: Waivers completed outside the Client Portal may delay check-in if they are not properly connected to your reservation.
