Waivers & Required Forms

Every guest must sign a waiver before getting on the water. The fastest way to do this is through your Client Portal, but day-trip guests can also sign below.

Step 1: Book Your Trip

All guests must have an active reservation before completing waivers.

Step 2: Sign Through Your Client Portal (Best Option)

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a secure link to your Client Portal. Inside the portal, you can sign required waivers, answer trip questions, add participants, and review trip details.

Waivers signed through the portal are automatically linked to your reservation, so your guides have your information before launch. When in doubt, use the portal.

Multi-Day & Overnight Trips: Portal Only

Multi-day waivers must be completed in advance through your Client Portal and cannot be signed on this page. Your waiver collects food allergies, dietary needs, sleeping bag and tent requests, and medical information your guides need to prepare for your trip. Signing through the portal is the only way to guarantee that information reaches your trip's manifest before launch.

Can't find your portal link? Text us here.

If you're joining a day trip and haven't signed through your portal (walk-ups, same-day bookings, or extra guests in your group), pick the waiver that matches your trip.

Not sure which trip you booked? Check your confirmation email or reach out. Signing the wrong waiver means we may have to ask you the same questions again at check-in.

Rental Equipment

Rental agreements are linked to your rental reservation and are sent with your rental confirmation. They cannot be signed from this page. If you haven't received yours - Text us here.

Signing for Minors

A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for any participant under 18. You can add minors as participants on your own waiver.
