Justin Smith is the General Manager of Adventure Idaho Rafting, one of Idaho’s top-rated whitewater outfitters operating on the Salmon and Snake Rivers. He leads company operations across hiring, training, logistics, marketing, and guest experience, supporting thousands of guests each season.

With over a decade of commercial whitewater experience, Justin brings deep, field-tested knowledge of river operations into leadership and decision-making. He has played a key role in strengthening guide training, improving safety systems, and building a professional, accountable team culture that performs well in demanding environments.

Justin is particularly interested in leadership, organizational culture, and how strong systems enable teams to operate safely and efficiently under pressure. His management style emphasizes humility, ownership, and the relentless pursuit of perfection.
