Summer River Update: Great Water Continues on the Salmon River

Summer is in full swing, and we’ve got some great news for anyone planning a rafting trip in Idaho.

Recent rainfall has pushed the Salmon River back above 10,000 CFS, keeping water levels higher than we typically see this time of year. One of the biggest benefits is that jet boat returns for our multi day Salmon River trips are continuing about a week longer than expected, giving guests the convenience of riding back upstream after their adventure.

The higher flows also mean bigger waves, exciting whitewater, and fun rapids that should continue well into the summer. Combined with warming temperatures and sunny weather in the forecast, it’s shaping up to be one of the best times of the season to get on the river.

This year, we’re operating with the most experienced guide team we’ve ever had. Whether it’s your first rafting trip or your tenth, our guides are ready to deliver a safe, exciting, and memorable experience.
